The main objective at Mount Sinai was to grow the marketing capabilities of Mount Sinai Innovation Partners (at the time known as the Office of Technology & Business Development) both internally and with industry partners. After an in-depth analysis on content management systems, I began designing my first WordPress site. Within a couple of months, the new website launched (the 1st install of a WordPress website at Mount Sinai) along with new marketing collateral, signage on-campus, a social media presence and a brand new communications strategy.
The website became our main point of interaction with our clients, I constantly developed new tools to allow for smoother data exchanges and interactions. Separate from the web aspect, I ran email campaigns, prepared all marketing presentations for the business development team, wrote and managed technology focused marketing papers, ran social media accounts, created media and wrote all press releases to announce major deals. I was also responsible for rebranding the group to Mount Sinai Innovation Partners which included surveying, relaunching the website and all marketing/communications collateral.
